One Man, Two Guvnors is a play coming directly from the National Theatre.

After the successful run at the Adelphi Theatre, the National Theatre production of One Man, Two Guvnors transfers to the Theatre Royal Haymarket


The new cast to be led by Owain Arthur taking over from James Corden in the title role of Francis Henshall.

Full casting has been announced for the transfer of One Man, Two Guvnors to the Theatre Royal Haymarket, where it opens on 2 March 2012.

Joining Owain Arthur, who takes over from James Corden in the title role of Francis Henshall, are former S Club 7 singer-turned-actress Hannah Spearritt who will play Pauline, and I’d Do Anything winner Jodie Prenger who will play Dolly, the woman who attracts the attention of Francis.

The production will run at the Haymarket from 2nd March 2012 to 15th September 2012.

James Corden plays Francis in this new English version of the classic Italian comedy based on The Servant of Two Masters by Carlo Goldoni with songs by Grant Olding, where sex, food and money are high on the agenda. Directed by Nicholas Hytner.

Opened at the Adelphi Theatre on November 8th 2011.
